ACOUSTIC TESTING

Acoustic testing of spaces is undertaken to gain an understanding of sound behaviour within a space and any adjoining rooms. The results are analysed and presented as reports to help develop an understanding about the behaviour of sound in the space. All measurements are carried out using calibrated Bruel and Kjaer equipment, and some examples of the tests offered include:

  • Reverberation Times
  • Impulse Response
  • Airborne and Structural Transmission
  • Sound Isolation
  • Sound Insulation
  • Sound Transmission
  • Speech Intelligibility
